Terms and Conditions – PKR Bed | Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

Welcome to pkr bed. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkr bed platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment functions and support channels available at pkrbed.net. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr bed.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing pkr bed, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using pkr bed immediately and close your account.

pkr bed reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published at this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of pkr bed following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We strongly encourage all players to review this page periodically.

To open and maintain a pkr bed account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR Bed strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds voided.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming through pkr bed according to the laws applicable to your location. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pkr bed or any associated partner company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law. If you have been declared legally incapacitated by a court, you are not eligible to use pkr bed.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from pkr bed or any associated platform.

pkr bed takes the protection of minors seriously. If you are aware of any person under 18 attempting to use pkr bed, please contact us at support@pkrbed.net immediately.

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) pkr bed account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is a serious breach of these terms. If pkr bed identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated through duplicate account activity may be confiscated.

During registration on pkr bed you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false registration details is a breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for the security of your pkr bed account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. pkr bed will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or live chat — any message requesting your password is not from pkr bed and should be reported to us immediately. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

pkr bed may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of your account's lifetime. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID such as your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed satisfactorily.

All transactions on pkr bed are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. PKR Bed does not support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on pkr bed is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your pkr bed wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. PKR Bed does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposited funds are available for play and withdrawal.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing times. PKR Bed does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

Withdrawal conditions: Before processing a withdrawal, pkr bed may require you to complete identity verification if not already done. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be rejected. pkr bed reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

• Deposits must only come from payment methods owned and registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.
• PKR Bed is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Dormant account balances (accounts inactive for 12+ months) may be subject to an administrative fee of Rs 50 per month after written notice is sent to the registered email address.

PKR Bed offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: The first deposit bonus is available once per player. You must claim it within 7 days of registration. The standard offer is a 100% match on your first deposit up to a specified maximum amount. The bonus and any winnings derived from it are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal — the specific wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details at the time of claiming.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in total bets must be placed using that bonus before withdrawal. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering — specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through methods including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using strategies designed to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements, coordinating with other players, or any other method pkr bed determines to be abusive — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses not meeting wagering requirements within the expiry period will be removed from your pkr bed account without notice.
• PKR Bed reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players.

All games available on pkr bed — including Ludo, Teen Patti, Aviator, Crash Games, Baccarat, Fishing Games, PSL Betting and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game environment.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits apply to all games and bet types on pkr bed. Minimums and maximums are clearly displayed before any bet is placed. PKR Bed reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Bet Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official results as determined by pkr bed's game systems or, in the case of PSL and cricket betting, by the official scorecard of the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, pkr bed's determination is final pending review of any formal complaint submitted through our support channels.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical fault, server error or connectivity issue during a game or bet, pkr bed will endeavour to reconstruct the state of play using server-side logs. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. PKR Bed is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions outside our reasonable control.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player once the round or event has begun.
• Bets placed after an event's official start time on pkr bed's systems will be voided and stakes refunded.
• PKR Bed reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error.
• For provably fair games, the outcome is determined by the server seed before the round begins. This outcome is cryptographically verifiable and cannot be altered retroactively.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr bed. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with pkr bed games or systems in a way not permitted by pkr bed.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on pkr bed, including sharing cards, strategies or exploiting game mechanics cooperatively.
• Money Laundering: Using pkr bed to deposit, move or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. PKR Bed complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your pkr bed account, whether for gaming, depositing, withdrawing or any other purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds deposited on pkr bed without first contacting pkr bed support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.
• Harassment: Using any pkr bed communication channel — live chat, support email, game chat — to harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate pkr bed staff or other players.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, glitch, or pricing mistake on pkr bed for financial gain rather than reporting it to our support team.

pkr bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where pkr bed reasonably believes:

• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Activity on the account suggests fraudulent, collusive, or illegal behaviour.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to pkr bed.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under Section 9.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pkr bed will retain account funds during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds associated with that breach may be forfeited. Funds not connected to any breach will be returned to the account holder through an appropriate payment channel once the investigation concludes.

You may close your pkr bed account at any time by contacting support@pkrbed.net. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is complete.

PKR Bed is committed to the wellbeing of its players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to recover losses, and not an activity that negatively affects your life or the lives of people around you.

pkr bed provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your pkr bed account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit applies.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which pkr bed will log you out automatically.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from pkr bed for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot place bets or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pkr bed. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked, promotional communications will cease, and all login attempts will be blocked. All content on pkr bed — including but not limited to the pkr bed brand name, logo, game artwork, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of pkr bed or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pkr bed for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any pkr bed content without express written permission.
• Use the pkr bed brand or logo in any commercial context, advertising or social media promotion without written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pkr bed software or game.
• Create derivative works based on pkr bed content.

Any unauthorised use of pkr bed intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr bed's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkr bed account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PKR Bed is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue or data arising from use or inability to use pkr bed services.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances outside pkr bed's reasonable control including natural events, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages however arising.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on pkr bed, including but not limited to odds, statistics or game descriptions.

Nothing in these terms limits pkr bed's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed by pkr bed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to pkr bed processing your personal data for the purposes described in that policy.

PKR Bed collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of how we collect, use and protect your data are set out in the pkr bed Privacy Policy.

PKR Bed may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect your rights or how pkr bed operates — we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Minor changes such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates that do not materially affect player rights may be published without prior notification, though the updated date on this page will be amended.

Your continued use of pkr bed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using pkr bed and request account closure through support@pkrbed.net before the changes take effect.
